Refund Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products, and will replace any defective product within three (3) business days of receipt of a written notice of the defect product or broken/defective down load link for an electronic product, such as an eBook.  

The Buyer must notify us in writing (by email or US Mail) with thirty (30) calendar days after the purchase of a defective product or a broken/defective down load link for an electronic product, such as an eBook.  

There are no refunds on electronic products, but we can and will re-email for a download of the electronic products.
